    Agreement to Terms

    By accessing or using Svastha Studio's services, website, or facilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

    Class Bookings & Cancellations

    • Classes must be booked in advance through our booking system
    • Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before class start time for a full credit
    • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the class credit
    • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes with reasonable notice

    Memberships & Payments

    • Membership fees are charged on a recurring basis as specified in your plan
    • Class packages expire as stated at the time of purchase
    • Refunds are provided at our discretion and subject to our refund policy
    • Prices may change with 30 days notice for existing members

    Health & Safety

    By participating in our classes, you acknowledge that:

    • You are physically fit and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation
    • You will inform instructors of any injuries, health conditions, or pregnancy
    • You participate at your own risk and responsibility
    • You will follow instructor guidance and studio safety protocols

    Studio Conduct

    We ask all members and visitors to:

    • Arrive at least 5 minutes before class begins
    • Maintain a respectful and peaceful environment
    • Keep mobile phones on silent during classes
    • Respect the space, equipment, and other participants
    • Follow hygiene practices and use provided mats and props appropriately

    Liability Waiver

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Svastha Studio shall not be liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses that occur during your use of our facilities or participation in our classes. You agree to release and hold harmless Svastha Studio, its owners, instructors, and staff from any claims arising from your participation.

    Intellectual Property

    All content on our website, including text, images, videos, and class sequences, is the property of Svastha Studio. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

    Termination

    We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your membership or access to our services at any time for violations of these terms or conduct that we deem inappropriate or harmful to our community.
